What may be published
- Genuine real estate opportunities available for sale, assignment or exit.
- Units in approved projects in Egypt.
- Accurate information and real photos of the unit or project.
- Communication through the platform’s approved channels.
What may not be published
- Any fake, non-genuine or misleading listing.
- Units or projects that violate the law.
- Listings with inaccurate information or non-genuine photos.
- Commercial listings unrelated to real estate (such as jobs, cars or other services).
- Publishing the same opportunity more than once.
