Aqar Forsah is an online platform that aims to make it easier to offer and request real estate opportunities of all kinds (residential units, commercial units, land, administrative units, contract exit opportunities) and to connect interested parties so they can close deals directly with each other.
Nature of the service
Aqar Forsah allows users to list and search for real estate opportunities. Communication and negotiation between the seller and the buyer take place through Aqar Forsah on their behalf, including presenting the various units, their details, photos, prices and related documents.
Types of real estate opportunities
The real estate opportunities available on the platform include: residential units, commercial units, administrative units, land (agricultural and building plots), exit opportunities from existing contracts, and any other real estate opportunities made available on the platform.
Accuracy of information
All data and information about real estate opportunities are entered by users. Every user must make sure the data and documents shown are correct and complete before making any decision or completing any step.
User responsibilities
All users undertake to use the platform lawfully and ethically, to refrain from publishing any content that violates the law, public order or public morals, and not to use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Document verification
The platform allows documents related to real estate opportunities to be attached (such as ownership contracts, purchase contracts or payment plans) to help the parties review the information and make their decisions.
Commission and fees
The platform applies a 1.25% commission on the buyer only for contract exit opportunities. For all other opportunities (new units and project opportunities), the commission is 1.25% on the seller and 1.25% on the buyer.
The commission due is stated only when the transfer is completed successfully, and it is clearly disclosed before any commitment. No money is collected through the platform; payments take place outside the platform, directly between the parties, as they agree.
Intellectual property rights
All platform content (design, logo, text, images, software) is the property of Aqar Forsah and is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of it may be copied or used without prior permission.
Changes to the terms
The platform may change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the app or the website.
Continuing to use the platform after the changes means you accept the updated terms and conditions.
